The refund is made exclusively to the payment card with which the payment was made.
The deadline for processing refunds is 7 working days from the moment of approval of the request.

If the request is approved, the refund will be made within 7 working days.
4. REFUND LIMITATIONS
Refunds are not possible for products that have been used or opened, except in the case of a defect.
Refunds are not possible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Refunds are not possible if the customer has missed the deadline for submitting the request.
