Refund policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through the online store Regal Dining DOO Belgrade.


1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Refunds are only possible in accordance with the rules stated in this document.

  • The refund is made exclusively to the payment card with which the payment was made.

  • The deadline for processing refunds is 7 working days from the moment of approval of the request.


2. RIGHT TO A REFUND

The customer can exercise the right to a refund in the following situations:

  • If he receives a defective or damaged product.

  • If the delivered product does not match the description on the website.

  • In case of technical problems that prevent the use of the product.


3. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

To apply for a refund, you must:

    • Order number

    • First and last name

    • Contact phone number

    • Reason for request

    • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review the request and contact you within 2 working days.

  3. If the request is approved, the refund will be made within 7 working days.


4. REFUND LIMITATIONS

  • Refunds are not possible for products that have been used or opened, except in the case of a defect.

  • Refunds are not possible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

  • Refunds are not possible if the customer has missed the deadline for submitting the request.
