After two years of testing, we’ve crafted a four-week menu balanced in macronutrients, low glycemic index foods, and herbal blends suitable for regulating blood sugar levels. Only a balanced diet in the portions we serve, without restricting certain foods (specific fruits, vegetables, herbal blends, spices) can lead to the regulation of insulin resistance.

- The three-part cellophane box can be used in the microwave. Remove the salad before reheating the main dish.
- The dressing served in small containers can be added to the salad as desired.

The food you consume, besides proteins, also contains unsaturated fats, fibers, a plethora of minerals, and vitamins.
- Water, 1 coffee without sugar, and Tea are the only beverages allowed during the program.
- If your weight reduction process stagnates after a certain period, you can exclude snack no. 2 from your diet for better results. During the program, it’s necessary to feel slightly “hungry”, so you don’t have to finish the portions if they feel too abundant.
