U ovom tekstu otkrivamo kako odre\u0111ene namirnice i prehrambene navike mogu pomo\u0107i va\u0161em organizmu da prirodno reguli\u0161e ovaj va\u017ean hormon.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ta je zapravo kortizol i kako funkcioni\u0161e u na\u0161em organizmu?<\/h2>\n<p>Kortizol je steroidni hormon koji proizvode nadbubre\u017ene \u017elezde kao odgovor na stres. U normalnim koli\u010dinama, kortizol igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u mnogim telesnim funkcijama. On poma\u017ee u regulaciji metabolizma, kontroli\u0161e nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi, u\u010destvuje u upravljanju imunolo\u0161kim odgovorom i podr\u017eava rad kardiovaskularnog sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Problem nastaje kada smo izlo\u017eeni hroni\u010dnom stresu, zbog \u010dega nivo kortizola ostaje konstantno povi\u0161en. Na\u0161e telo je dizajnirano da kortizol osloba\u0111a privremeno, kao odgovor na trenutne stresore. Me\u0111utim, u dana\u0161njem svetu poslovnih pritisaka, finansijskih briga i dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea, mnogi od nas \u017eive u stanju stalnog stresa, \u0161to zna\u010di da na\u0161e nadbubre\u017ene \u017elezde neprestano proizvode kortizol. To je kao da dr\u017eite gas do daske u automobilu koji stoji u mestu &#8211; motor \u0107e se na kraju pregrejati.<\/p>\n<h2>Koji su glavni simptomi povi\u0161enog kortizola u telu?<\/h2>\n<p>Kako prepoznati da je va\u0161 nivo kortizola previsok?
