Our Kitchen

We use a state-of-the-art modern kitchen with the latest appliances. Our team of 10 chefs uses high-quality fresh ingredients every day to prepare the meals. We don’t use any artificial sweeteners or additives. Black angus beef, fresh salt water fish (bass, gilt-head bream, tuna), chicken, turkey and organic veggies are just some of the foods we use in our daily menus.

Fitt Pro Team weekly menus combine chrononutrition with Mediterranean and macrobiotic cuisines, as well as homemade meals. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients that are good for everyone, including people who suffer from insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension or other cardiovascular issues.
