Furthermore, we’d like to emphasize the importance of adhering to the no-food-after-8pm rule. Beyond this time, we advise only consuming water. This will aid your body in rejuvenation and make the most of the benefits our nutrition program offers.

The Fitt Pro, IR Bye Bye Weight, and IR Hello Balance programs are designed for individuals looking to balance their insulin resistance. After two years of testing, we’ve crafted a four-week menu balanced in macronutrients, low glycemic index foods, and herbal blends suitable for regulating blood sugar levels. Only a balanced diet in the portions we serve, without restricting certain foods (specific fruits, vegetables, herbal blends, spices) can lead to the regulation of insulin resistance.

  • IF YOUR MEAL SCHEDULE DIFFERS FROM OURS, YOU CAN START WITH LUNCH, AND SAVE BREAKFAST AND SNACK FOR THE NEXT DAY.
  • MOST OF OUR VEGETABLES COME FROM OUR FARMS, AND THE FOOD WE PREPARE CHANGES WEEKLY TO KEEP THINGS FRESH AND EXCITING.
  • The three-part cellophane box can be used in the microwave. Remove the salad before reheating the main dish.
  • The dressing served in small containers can be added to the salad as desired.

The program is primarily designed for individuals looking to change their lifestyle, manage their weight in the best possible way, without compromising their health, but rather improving their overall well-being.

The food is low in calories, with the daily menu for men ranging from 1400-1750 kcal, and for women 1250-1500kcal, depending on the program you choose.

The nutrition program is based on an intake of more than 130g of protein in one day. So, it’s not about protein diets, but a diet regimen where animal and plant-based proteins are predominant. The food you consume, besides proteins, also contains unsaturated fats, fibers, a plethora of minerals, and vitamins.

  • Water, 1 coffee without sugar, and Tea are the only beverages allowed during the program.
  • If your weight reduction process stagnates after a certain period, you can exclude snack no. 2 from your diet for better results. During the program, it’s necessary to feel slightly “hungry”, so you don’t have to finish the portions if they feel too abundant.
