On average, on a daily basis, the program for women contains 1550 kcal, while the program for men contains 1850 kcal.

EXAMPLE OF A WEEKLY MENU

Fitt Pro Team diet regimes combine Mediterranean, macrobiotic, chrono and local cuisine with ingredients whose composition we guarantee quality and freshness, suitable even for people who, in addition to obesity, have problems with insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension and similar cardiovascular diseases.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

1. PROGRAM

The program is primarily intended for people who want to change their lifestyle, and regulate their body weight in the best possible way, without harming their health, but influencing the improvement of their overall state of health.

The nutrition program is based on the intake of more than 130 g of protein in one day. Therefore, it is not a matter of protein diets, but of a diet where proteins of animal and vegetable origin are at the forefront. The food you consume, in addition to proteins, also contains unsaturated fats, fibers, minerals and vitamins in large quantities, as well as complex carbohydrates.

2.KITCHEN

We use only fresh, high-quality organic ingredients in our dishes. No artificial sweeteners, no additives. Black Angus beef, fresh sea fish (sea bass, sea bream, tuna), chicken, turkey, as well as organic vegetables speak volumes about the quality of the ingredients we use to prepare your meals.

3.CONSULTATIONS

When it comes to a weight loss program, Fitt Pro Team organizes consultations where we determine the state of the organism and body composition, on the basis of which we determine the program.

CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT MANDATORY to start the program. It is enough to call our call center for support and motivation, which works from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

4.DELIVERY

You order your desired package the day before, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. The food we prepare for you is prepared today for today, and after the preparation is complete, we deliver fresh meals to you between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in special packaging at the desired location.

As far as food consumption is concerned, the first meal upon delivery is snack No. 1, then lunch, snack No. 2 and dinner. The breakfast you received in the package is consumed the next day.

You should eat a variety of foods, maintain an optimal weight, reduce the intake of saturated fatty acids (fats of animal origin), increase the intake of semi-unsaturated fatty acids (unrefined cold-pressed oils, seed butters – peanut, sunflower, sesame, almond,…), reduce the intake of cholesterol ( pork fat, fatty types of meat, fatty cheeses), increase the intake of complex carbohydrates and dietary fibers (vegetables, fruits, whole grains), consume enough fluids: water, teas, natural juices, reduce the intake of refined sugars – replace them with honey, reduce the intake salt, reduce the intake of coffee and alcohol.
