Fitt Pro Team weekly menus combine chrononutrition with Mediterranean and macrobiotic cuisines, as well as homemade meals. We use fresh, high-quality ingredients that are good for everyone, including people who suffer from insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension or other cardiovascular issues.

This is a high protein (more than 130 grams daily) diet based on animal and plant protein. Apart from protein, the foods you consume contain unsaturated fats, fibers, minerals and vitamins, as well as complex carbs.
We only use fresh, high-quality ingredients. We don’t use any artificial sweeteners or additives. Black angus beef, fresh salt water fish (bass, gilt-head bream, tuna), chicken, turkey and organic veggies are just some of the ingredients we use in our daily menus.

When it comes to our body weight programs, Fitt Pro Team can arrange a consultation to determine your overall health and discuss any health issues you might be experiencing. After the consultation, we discuss your personal goals and agree on the best program to fit your needs.

You should order your daily meal package a day in advance anytime between 8am and 7pm. We prepare your food and deliver it the same day between 10am and 1pm to your designated address.
Upon delivery, you will be having your first snack, followed by lunch, second snack and dinner. The breakfast you receive is designated for the following morning.
