They have a constructive role in the work of the cell membrane, are an excellent source of energy and are necessary for hormonal balance. For this reason, saturated fat should not be avoided.
There are simple and complex carbohydrates. Our nutrition program contains 25% of complex carbohydrates, which is necessary in the reduction process itself, since diets without carbohydrates give results in the short term and leave consequences on the state of health.
